The goal of this class is to bring 3 VERY simple tools into the hands of the participants. These tools are especially useful for:
- improving mental clarity, coordinated brain function
- general overall harmonic balance
- stress reduction
thus improving communication within the entire bodymind complex; all of which leads increased well BE-ing

Tricia’s additional education includes: a two year apprenticeship with Meistra Kay Gardner in The Use of Modal and Sonic Tools for Healing (with deep listening exercises by Pauline Oliveros), Mindscape with Dr. John Veltheim, BodyTalk (with a variety of master teachers), as well as individual classes with Bruce Lipton, Dr. Michael Ryce, Martha Creek, and Eagle Man (Ed McGaa).

$25 – 45 sliding class fee
