Jeremy Pinc has gathered another group of musicians in a jocular fashion.

The Jokes are: Satchel Paige on bass, Sam Arneson on drums, Jeremy Pinc on vocals and guitar, and Pat Stillman on lead guitar. Wildly pro gay rights, the Jokes have had controversial concerts since Day One. They are banned in Colombia, Sweden, and the Czech Republic because of their explicit support for Japan. If you like musical sushi you’ll like the Jokes… raw… and that’s just the start! If you like tempura you’ll love the deep-fried but light texture of Pat Stillman’s modal riffs and tasty licks or the edamame-like beats of Sam’s drums. This is a record release party for the Jokes, who recently went to Nashville to lay down some tunes not quite as off-the-wall as the above bio would lead you to believe.
