Bill Camplin was one of the founding fathers, John Adams.

He portrayed a non-rotund Adams in the play 1776. He and the band will not be performing any of the songs from that play, but they will entertain and move you with eclectic repertoire and repartee.

Opener Ben Merens is singer/songwriter who is best known throughout the state for having been a primary voice of Wisconsin Public Radio for 21 years.

Ben also is a public speaker whose expertise is the art of listening and an improvisational musician who likes to write songs for you “while you wait.”

Ben uses the guitar as a storytelling tool and mixes originals with some unique versions of some standard covers. He also uses the style of “git-tap” to turn his guitar into a drum at times.
