Marianne has toured the United States\, Europe and the Caribbean. In addition\, songs from 2 of her CD’S were re-packaged into a compilation CD and distributed in Germany by Square One Records. \nAfter spending 10 years in Madison Wisconsin\, Marianne added family and children to her  proudest of accomplishments. Thieme\, son of Art\, ‘A Handful of Songs’ was about his favorite.”The elder Thieme learned “A Handful of Songs” from friend\, songwriter and Janesville native Jerry Rasmussen. \nFor nearly four decades Chicagoan Art Thieme took his intimate style of singing\, storytelling and humor across the country\, earning a reputation as a master of the American folk balled. He made regular visits to Wisconsin venues in Milwaukee\, Madison and Ft. Atkinson. “Dad could take an entire auditorium of people and make them feel like they were in his living room\,” said C.T.
