Dal has also made a couple dozen films and videos with filmmaker Chuck Johannsen and members of the Dada-loco film crew. \nOriginally envisioned as a showcase for recent (2011) Dal Lazlo paintings\, this project morphed into a manifesto on art and society (inspired\, of course\, by “The Surrealist Manifesto” of Andre Breton)\, with commentary by Jacques Saint-Cyr and the perennial “expert”\, Dr. Bob Oestreicher. \nThe evening of videos will include the completed “Cerulean Blue” (31 min.)\, starring bluesman Paul Filipowicz in an acting role.
