Kerosene Kites is an acoustic duo featuring two veteran Madison-area artists,BETH KILLE and ERIK KJELLAND of Mascot Theory. These highly decorated songwriters teamed up to release an album of original holiday tunes, Northstar Sessions, in December of 2014. After the taking home “Unique Album” and “Unique Song of the Year” honors at the 2015 Madison Area Music Association (MAMA) Awards for their first release, they decided to follow up with a new holiday-themed album, due out in December of 2016. Their shows feature tight harmonies layered over clever Americana-style tunes.
